This form is to be used after you have agreed a date and time with nilgiri's for your chef's table.

terms and conditions

minimum ten people, no children under 16 years old. final numbers are to be confirmed 14 days prior to the booking, confirmed numbers will be charged for. credit card payments will incur a surcharge of 3%. Any cancellations must be made in writing. For cancellations received 14 days or less prior to the booking date, the guest will forfeit all monies paid. For cancellations received between 15 & 28 days prior to the booking date, the guest will forfeit the initial deposit & 50% of all subsequent monies paid. For cancellations received 29 or more days prior to the booking date, the guest will receive a full refund.
