I would like to give you and your team a BIG thank you very much for making the function very good and memorable The food was really fantastic and very tasty. The whole atmosphere, way of presentation was new to everyone. The function room setting was perfect for our theme.

Deepak was very quick is replying all the emails and even came to say hi during the function. The afternoon was memorable also because of the service by Nishant, the Singh (sorry forgot his name) and the chef. All the kids liked the roti making and throwing tricks. Mini masala dosa was a super hit. Chef satisfied everyone with the dosa requests.

Nishant was very attentive, pleasing, always have a smile in his face, fulfilled all the big,small and silly requests. All our guests liked the food, customer service and the ambience.

I just had to write to you this morning and commend you on the wonderful job that you and your team performed last night.

The food and attention to detail (incl the yellow napkins!) was impeccable and I swear that the biryani was the best that I have ever experienced. Also, your staff were charming and attentive – Well done.

Just a short note to say thank you to Ajoy for a fantastic night last night.

Seeing our food being prepared and talking about the ingredients created a great sense of anticipation for each course. My brother and I agreed that this was probably the best Indian food we have ever tasted.

We originally obtained the chef's table voucher at a school fundraiser (SCECGS Redlands) so I'd also like to thank Ajoy for supporting the school, which is attended by my daughter and her friend who were with us last night.

I wanted to congratulate you and your team for the excellence in the catering you provided for us at my father-in-law's 80th birthday party.

On Saturday evening your staff were there early making themselves available to help with any last minute table setting additions and general glitches. All with beautiful manners and charm.

Our meal was superb. The presentation was attractive, and served hot quickly and efficiently, to be topped up when inevitably the dishes were devoured.Our guests are still talking about the food six weeks later Many have remarked on the authenticity of the food from the Gujerat province , and happy memories from their youth, especially the rotlo.As the hosts of the celebration, we were proud to have been able to produce an evening with sumptuous food and wonderful service. Thank you for your part in making this important family event a classy and memorable party.

I first went to Nilgiris when they were at Crows Nest. What I enjoyed back then was being able to watch the chiefs at work; everything being freshly prepared in front of you; the ultimate cook show “live”.

I have had a range of functions at Nilgiris, including birthdays, wedding anniversaries, and staff Christmas parties; I have never been disappointed with the food and the service has always been very good; you are made to feel welcome.

If you have a chance to experience the chefs table, do so, it is fantastic. Ajoy gives you a history and geography lesson on India; there are lots of stories and laughter and while all this is going on you are being served up an array of dishes from a menu he has compiled by asking and listening to what the table enjoy eating.

The food is good, the setting is comfortable; but to me, it is Ajoy and his staff that make you want to come back time and again.

I have been associated with Nilgiris, from its inception, both as a customer and as a friend and advisor to both Ajoy and Meera.

I have had many memorable dinners in various rooms, with my friends and business associates, where I have found the food fabulous and service excellent.

I have recently had two functions to celebrate my son's wedding. Once again, the feedback I got from my guests was very positive both in terms of food and service.
