Chefs Table is a unique dining experience as Ajoy personally cooks an 8 to 10 course degustation menu in front of your party:
"its like watching a piece of theatre only better as you eat it!".This is ideal for a special family event such as a golden wedding anniversary, as Ajoy can cook for up to 30 people.

A chefs table is also great for breaking the ice with clients and colleagues from work and the experience will be a talking point for years to come.
All bookings require a $824 deposit (inclusive of 3% credit card surcharge).

With an array of fresh produce sourced that day, Ajoy finds out the tastes of your guests and then creates the menu on the spot.
The theme of the menu can vary from Goan seafood to dishes served for Indian Royalty. Ajoy then prepares the feast whilst you sit back and enjoy each freshly-prepared dish.

The Chefs Tables cost $100 per person and whatever theme is chosen, the menu can include a selection of seafood, poultry, red meat and vegetarian dishes.
The meal concludes with our delicately flavoured home-made desserts. The Chefs Tables are fully licensed with a superb selection of premium wines, beers and spirits.
