      A one hour session which involves one dish cooked in front of you by Ajoy, followed by lunch/dinner.

      We recommend a 11.00 am start for lunch and a 5.00 pm/ 6.00 pm start for dinner.

      We require a minimum of 20-25 people for the dinner demonstration and confirmed numbers will be charged for.

      Beverages are charged as per consumption.

      Cost is $60.00 per person, inclusive of food and demonstration.

    • one hour team building class ~ $90 per person

      A one hour team building class which involves a dish cooked by the group, followed by lunch/dinner.

      Ajoy starts with a basic introduction and then the group is divided into a number of smaller groups, with each group cooking a dish or two as a team-building exercise. Ajoy will coach ech group.

      Each group is then evaluated on taste, presentation and cleanliness.

      We recommend a 10.00 am/10.30 am start for lunch and a 5.00 pm/ 6.00 pm start for dinner.

      Dishes cooked by the participants are eaten as you go along.

      We require a minimum of 16-20 people for this one hour hands-on class and confirmed numbers will be charged for.

      A 2.5 hour team building class which involves numerous dishes being cooked by the group, followed by lunch/dinner.

      Each group is then evaluated on taste, presentation and cleanliness.

      Dishes cooked by the participants are eaten as you go along.

      We require a minimum of 10-12 people for this hands-on class and confirmed numbers will be charged for.
