Our dinner demonstrations last about one hour whilst Ajoy cooks a complete dish and an entrée in front of you.

Dinner is then served in one of our private rooms.

We recommend an 11.00am start for lunch or a 5.00/6.00pm start for dinner.

Ajoy introduces the menu that he will be using for the demonstration along with the accompanying recipes and notes.

(The menu is decided when the booking is made.)

A minimum of 10 and a maximum of 30 people are required. Confirmed numbers will be charged for. The cost is $90.00 per person.

Beverages are charged as per consumption. The dinner demonstrations are fully licensed.

We require a non-refundable payment of $100.00 to confirm the dinner demonstration.

The balance may be paid at the conclusion of the demonstration via Cheque or Direct Deposit.

Please note that credit card payments incur a surcharge of 3%.
